Will i be able to travel after my I140 is approved/ can i apply for advance parole ?

Answer:
You can't travel unless you have applied for advanced parole and the I-485. Or...if you have an H1B (I-129) thru you work and your I-140 was processed thru your work, you can travel on your H1B visa. But I would double check with your attorney in regards to travel. Make sure you have a visa that is compatable with travel.
You can apply for advance parole if you have filed an I-485 application for permanent residency. You can only file an I-485 if a visa number is available to you.
