Why are people who are against law breaking illegal immigrants called *racist*?
Dont they have a better line?
Answer:
They use racism to inflame emotion and detract from the facts. Illegal is illegal no matter where the illegal is from.
"Racist" is a easy name to throw at someone, and hard to defend against, that is why it is so quick to be tossed out. However, ask yourself if you would feel the same way about a canadian illegal as you would about a mexican illegal.
Because that is the only defense they can come up with.
A very "WEAK" argument as the excuse for breaking the laws of our land!
the left leaning media pins that label on people to draw attention from the law breaking illegal immigrants
yes all llegal immigrants are law breakers it is against the laws of this country to cross our borders without a proper visa's so forget all the politically correct bull and start rounding them up and sending them back
Because the same laws that you so dearly treasure are in the same spirit of the laws that kept runaway slaves out of northern states. Exact same reasons too, blacks take white jobs, blacks ramp up crime, blacks drive down property values, blacks suck the system dry. These were the reason that laws in northern states were passed to prevent slaves mobility, and to return captured runaways to their masters.
The abolition movement of America was a tiny minority, doing the right thing while the Southerners cried about their loss of property and the northerners cried about the influx of low income blacks into their states.
I don't particularly have any love for a law unless it is just, and telling people that they can't immigrate to this country because of their social class is unjust. In the words of Thomas Jefferson:
"If a law is unjust, a man not only has the right to disobey, he has an obligation to do so."
