You should contact either the Taipei or Kaohsiung Municipal Police Headquarters or the Taiwan Provincial Police Headquarters to obtain a police certificate. Applications should include a completed application form and household register (issued within a month) or an original and a copy of the applicant’s identification card and passport, and the applicable fees. Non-citizens will need to present their Alien Resident Certificate.
