Can any green card holder invite his brother(above 21) to usa if he can then how much time will it take?

not sure about green card holders but I know for siblings(with middle eastern or asian origins) of a citizen of united states it takes between 8-14 years to obtain a green card, you do the math for the permanent residents ...if you like to get your brother to the states the best option is to find him a job, its easy to become permanent resident via H1 visa.
