Sure, some of the illegals are paying for fake ID's or using someone else's SS#s. But it is their media telling them this is all okay, that we welcome them and this is the dream land.
Sure, it also looks as if the government is not enforcing the laws and making sure the businesses do not hire them. They do have those forms you fill out upon being hired with two forms of ID. These are required papers of the IRS.
BUT the companies,businesses, and farms (whatever else) who are hiring these people? They may be turning in the forms required by the government about each employee (each LEGAL one that is). But they are not paying taxes for the illegal ones, or may not even have them on their records as an employee. So the government has really no way of knowing what businesses actually have illegals, unless they are supicious and raid the place.
So, doesn't the biggest blame fall on the employers?

Jconley- For the most part I agree with you.but Big Business is also culpable in this mess...they know they are hiring illegals.and as long as some document looks legal, they just turn their heads as it affects their profit margin. If you disagree, then look at what is happening right now in Georgia when they passed that law about hiring illegals...a good portion of them are leaving Georgia now...watched the interviews of Illegals last night.the best way to deal with Illegals is to take away what they value...once gone, they will be gone. One more thing...it will be alot cheaper too...if they leave on their own, less money spent on getting rid of them ourselves...

Right you are. One way to stop illegal immigration is to fine the American companies who hire these people. Another way is the write your congressman and complain about the US government not doing every thing they can to enforce the immigration laws on the books.

If immigration laws were enforced on the companies who hire them, there would be no undocumented workers.
Government won't do that, though. We all know that Big Business and Government sleep in the same bed.
that is why Arizona passed pop 200 (the law attacking businesses that hire illegals) and 11 other states have similar laws pending.

You are correct on this, and yes there are the Illegals that are the cons and paying for the fake id's ect. The big companies are not helping the situation at all. I think we would still have the problem we are having, but never less it would make a big difference it those companies would stop hiring them.
