Want to marry a foreigner?
Answer:
No problem, You have to go to Singapore and meet her in person before you can apply for a visa for her. You can marry her there which would be nice for her parents can be present. The visa process is very easy after you marry her in Singapore just have her sign 2 copies of G-325a and you'll need a certified copy of the marriage certificate four 2X2 passport pictures of your bride. Now when you return to the US you need to do the following for the visa package:
I-130
2 each, Passport Photos of you and her
G-325a one for each of you
Copy of the original marriage contract/
Proof of your US Citizenship "your birth record"
Depending where you live you send this to USCIS and after you receive a receipt for your I-130 then you will need to do this:
I-129f
proof an I-130 petition has been filed
2 each, Passport Photos of you and her
G-325a one for each of you
Copy of the original marriage contract/
Proof of your US Citizenship "your birth record"
This package will be sent to:

My son married a Hungarian girl about 3 years ago. They got married in Hungary and she started her paperwork in Hungary at the US embassy. It took around one year for her to get all of the paperwork. It is ususally faster to get it all done if you do it in the country that they are from, if they come to the US it seems to take longer to get through the process. That is what my son was told overseas so they did it over there.
My best advise is to get an immigration attorney. They know the process. It is a time consuming, frustrating experience.
