Answer:
All people are treated equally that came here legally. If you break the law to come here, you are a criminal.
Thats the world we live in.
People are horrible, and the proof is this world, we were the only ones who made the world what it is, no-one realy cares about poverty and starving children, we are horrible.
I'm not sure which people you are referring too, but I think all illegals should be treated the same.
Mostly economic and secondly the education level.
Familiarity breeds groupism and countries are nothing but large groups that would like its people to be of the same breed.

Legal- Good treatment
Illegal- Bad treatment
Because they are different and have a different perspective.
People are naturally drawn to people from other cultures.
Where I live in China there are only a few hundred foreigners here in this city of 100,000. Naturally I stand out like a sore thumb and people treat me pretty damned well.
If you come here legally learn English pay your own tax's, health ins,obey our laws than you get treated with respect,if not don't except kindness & respect.
