Filipinos taking dutch civil integration exam...?

Anyone here who have taken an exam? The mother of my bf sent me a news article and it states there that exam will be more difficult by December 1. :(( Any tips about the preparation and the exam itself? How tough it is and any infos will be great. Ciao.
