DESPERATE for help?

I have to apply for my French long term visa and they need a "certificat de bonne vie et moeurs" how and where do I get this??? Anybody who knows please help

This is a certificate of good conduct.
You could find out at the
Central Police Office of your State.
Ask the French Migration who should issue this certificate,
whether the Police of your Country of the Judicial Dept. or the FBI.
