Go with what your gut is telling you. Only you can really decided what is best for you.
Do you have family living in the same city as you? Do you have regular employment where you are at the moment. Would moving away cause a major problem with these two factors?

You've got a great opportunity to think very broadly. It sounds like there is nothing tieing you down to that part of the world. Take a few steps back, and think about where in the world you would really like to be ideally. What world city would provide you the best opportunity, if you had the choice? Then realize you DO have the choice. Go to wherever your analysis tells you is best. Take the chance. Step out there and make your best life!
