You either have to have received approval of an extension or citizenship or need to leave.
you mean your permanent resident card? thats the one i have, and they told me its valid for two years. before those two years, (in my case) i have to apply for a green card. once i get that, you can if you want to keep your old citizenship, or after 5 years i can take a test and become an americna citizen. i sure hope this information will help you.
