If you're insinuating that illegal criminal aliens are victims you've got your head on upside down.
We should prosecute both the illegal alien criminals and the criminals that employ them.
So should we not punish drug dealers because users create a demand?

that being said, companies that hire illegals are cuplable as well. they should be fined, HEAVILY, to prevent such behaviors. fined, and then had the illegals rounde dup, and deported immediately.

If it was a "Mexican" bill like he claims, by saying that and his ignorant name calling shows what a racist he is. Go ahead people get mad, but its true. It was an "illegal immigration" bill, not pointed at Mexicans and Mexicans only.
How can you punish the little guy for not having the means or money to properly check into legal status? Most of them are just trying to survive.
Give both of them a warning. If the employer fails to fix it and keeps the illegal employed or the illegal chooses to stay even tho he is informed fine them both.
