Compare & contrast the immigration of vietnamese "boat people" after the vietnam war & that of mexican
Answer:
You know I'm tired of these racist motherFckers talking sh*t on my race, we are here to stay!. first of all everyone in this land came here from a different place "Illegally" second Mexicans have been allied with the u.s for a lot longer then all other foreigners yet you let them in your schools and take the "Good" jobs not like mexicans who pick up after your trash and mess..yet you still decide to talk down on them, who is taking the good paying jobs of America..no its not the Mexicans let me tell you that. Im so sick of this racism bullsh*t ..get a life!
the "boat people" did not violate our laws , they where rescued at sea and some brought here as immigrants , the illegals disobey our laws , jump the fence and pretty much do what they damn well please , what needs to happen and yes I'm serious . is for the national guard and border agents be given orders shoot to kill anyone , trying to run the border
The Vietnamese boat people were searching for political asylum,LEGALLY.The Illegals just want the money.
You really can't compare the two.Its like comparing apples to oranges. The boat people from Vietnam were far fewer, about 300,000..When they came here, they had sponsors to immediately aid and help them.If you look at present day Vietnamese in the States, they have fared well..They have businesses and are hard working immigrants. The help of our govt. and private organizations were a good investment with these immigrants. The Mexicans have no such aid.True they are not fleeing a communist country either. But they struggle much the same with a corrupt and oppressive govt. However, what would have happened if Vietnam was our neighbor? The treatment and response of our govt. would have been very different.Because their numbers would have been MUCH MUCH higher.
