Moving to south pacific?

moving to south pacific, what should I generally expect?

Answer:
Very slow life style, humid, wet and dank.Starchy foods, chicken fights, dog fights, beautiful sunsets, lots of water sports, nice tans.
Heat, mosquitos and bugs that can carry your luggage for you, mold, laid back people and lifestyle, and great, great beauty.

I'm envious.
Heat, humidity, countless ugly and sometimes dangerous insects, low taxes, typhoons, and best of all very friendly people.
A friend of mine lives in American Samoa, and you can basically expect the same weather year round. Lots of humidity, and rain pretty much daily. This person seems to love it.
South Pacific could mean from Tahiti to Vanuatu. That's like 1/4 of the Earth. Expect two seasons, wet and dry. Expect the wages to be low and cost of living high. Expect the roads to be terrible. Medical care poor. Educational services limited. Electricity expensive and maybe not available 24 hours a day.
