Does the latest immigration reform affect international students, workers, tourists etc...?

thanksss

Answer:
Yes it does. The bill was going to increase every manner of legal quotas. We took 3.8 million foreign workers/students in 2005.
no
No because the senate just killed it again.

A big thank you to all senators that killed this travesty.
It seems to have gone down in flames, so no. But stay tuned.

It would have limited the right of legal residents and citizens to bring family and would have put a point system on going forward immigration except the temporary kind. But it is gone, for the moment.

jck is right. It would have doubled legal immigration, but it would have changed its nature.
there was no reform so everything is status quo for the moment.I agree with you juris coyote we dont want you here any more than you want to be here,so we agree what da ya know.
I personally believe, that nobody should go inside the usa, their is nothing their that interests me, not even my relatives, we should never go their, and hope they do not come here either.
