American Union workers while the mexicans watch from the other side is what I expect.
Contractors would love to have that project, or the AUW (American Union Workers).
There is not shortage of American workers to complete this task!
Americans would gladly volunteer time and money to build the fence..

Supply and demand; pay livable wages and people will work. I believe in Americans. Plus we already have millions on welfare and in prisons - we need to get them back to work. We we DON'T need is to put more Americans on welfare by replacing them with foreign labor.
I am sure many many legal Americans would volunteer their time to build the fence !!!
