yes. i reported it on the same site john s gave.
Only indirectly.
A group of young men had an old lady trapped with carts in a supermarket here. They were ramming her and taunting her. She was in tears and pain.
Store management acted scared. I pulled out my cell phone and called police.
Turned out they were illegals and were subsequently deported for assaulting her and breaking her ribs.
Also, all had been previously arrested.
ICE only responds to their own investigacions, not to random Cookies.

I have many times but, typically Immigration will only get involved when the individual has committed another crime besides being in the country illegally. You can contact your local INS (Immigration and Naturalization Services) office and report directly to them because most local Law Enforcement Officers aren't authorized jurisdiction to get involved. There is an 800 number to the INS reporting center which is in Chicago. It is given out to Law Enforcement Agencies but, you might be able to get it from INS. You would be required to give them certain information such as names and aliases of the person, birthday, ssn number, (it will usually be fake) and any other info they need to help them determine if this person is illegal. If they make the determination, they will notify local INS office and you might be contacted for information on the whereabouts of the person after which the individual would be taken into custody. If time is an issue, your best bet is to speak to the nearest INS office and give them what you know.
No! That's just cruel and mean. I can't believe people actually like doing that. Its cruel!
