I know alot of the immigration procedure. You have first to check the website of the Canadian embassy at www.cic.gc.ca. This will give you good idea of the requirements and conditions. You will have first to fill out the required applications forms that could be downlaoded from the embassy's website. Then, you will have to submite them with the following documents translated into English :
Birth Certificate
Educational certificates
Reference Letters
A certficate of proficiency in English ( IELTS) or a similar one in French.
Bank Certficate
A proff of bank statement in Canada ( Settlement Funds ).
Any documents of any Candian relatives if any but not a condition.
A written document by you specifying what do you want to immigare to Canada and how would you establish yourself there.
After you pay the fees which is about 550 $. You have to submit all of the prervious documents with the receipt to the embassy.
You will have to wait for the next procedure which is the personal interview and medical check up. You will have to submit a polic finger stamp as well. It could take long months.
They calculate scores according to the previous factors. It can take years!
I don't advise you to hire a lawyer. There are lots of lawyers and agencies working in that field in Egypt but I am not sure which agency is more trusted.
