How Can I marry the love of my life and make him legal here in the U.s.?

I have been with my boyfriend 3 years already and we have a baby together. He is a great dad and such a beautiful person to me. He is here illegally although and Im afraid if he gets deported my daughter will be without her daddy...I never wanted this to be a dilemma but thats what love does.,,,it puts you through lifes toughest bends and turns. Please help me figure out the proccess thanks!

Answer:
He should be deported and then he can try to come here legally. And to solve the baby without a dad issue, you can go with him because you housed an illegal.
Only if your boy friend is back in mexico or what ever country and you apply for marriage sponsorship then he can get visa enter u.s with green card and social security # awaiting for him upon arrival.

but if your b/f here illegal and you apply to sponsor him u.s immigration could refuse your request application for marry foreigner & deport your b/f back to country and bar him from coming to u.s again.

You apparently make a mistake and should not have marry someone illegal here in u.s ...you know the game your b/f, just probably using you to have green card / u.s id / citizenship and move on to sponsor his family. Unfortunatly this game not going to work for him or your wish. good luck
I don't know nor do I claim to know the answer. I will say this. My niece married an illegal and they have two kids, they have been together for 8 years. Guess what?? he got caught LAST WEEK AND UNLESS SHE COMES UP WITH 5,000.00 in the next 2 weeks, they are deporting him back to Mexico. My question is,,why didn't they know better? why didn't he try to become legal before they had kids, why does anyone with any common sense try do skirt the law for so long?? Good luck, because if he doesn't get legal, he will get caught. Maybe you all need to see an immigration ASAP. All for the sake of your child.
You should contact a reputable immigration attorney. If you are an US citizen, it would have been quite easy to bring a spouse on a green card, if everything were done legally

But since he lived here 3 years illegally, I don't know if he can get adjustment of status - only a good lawyer can help.

Remember, if immigration catches him, and he has to leave US, he cannot get any kind of visa (including green card) to come back to the US for 10 years. There is a 3 yr bar for staying in the US six months illegally and a 10 yr bar if it is over one year of stay.
you can marry him, then hire a lawyer and he will tell you what to do - you will have to apply for a green card for him. then INS will send you date to show on interview where you will have to go and prove you are married for real not for money. it will take anywhere from 1-4 years to get him temporary green card and permanent one.
if he goes back home he is not gona be able to come back probably ever - law says 5 years but ambassador in his home country will see that he is gona want to stay here again and will not give him visa.
getting green card from home country is impossible - green card lottery is the only way - but its lottery...and many countries are not included in it.
