Getting a couple legal?
They have a small child..
Could someone give me some advice of what steps them need to take?

INS, waiting list though, maybe temp. visa issued
tell them to get a lawyer.
well at least they want to come legally. but it will take quite awhile since there is so many illegals trying to come in.
This is going to sound really bad.Tell them to get a divorce and have each of them marry an American citizen.That's really the only way they can become legal now.
You cannot do it in a hurry, takes time, check with the
Immigration lawyer.
PS: Am a nice man too
1st they leave the country the way they came in and then get the necessary paperwork to come back across the board legally.
