Can the goverment take back the green card?

I married to a visitor who only have a visa to the U.S. After she received a green card for few months, I found out that she has another man in her country and plans to be with him. I only have proof of e-mail and voice mail that he will come to the U.S. Her green card is only valid for 2 yrs unless I sign for the permanant. She stated that she will not sign a divorce paper. I bouth a house after I married her, but her name is not on the deed due to no income from her.

Answer:
Damn this is really bad and sad. OK, u have to take action and do all the things before she filed for abuse and take ur house. Quickly get an attorney and report her. Get advise to stay away from her. I know we guys always have a weak heart for woman, but to protect ur assets and get over end everything to do with her you need to take action.
Be it she gets her green card or not I don't think u care. You just want to be over with her and don't let her have a finger lay on your assets. This is not revenge and u know its no point and u deserve a better woman from the US and protect your hard earned money.
I hope so!!
REPORT HER TO IMMIGRATION AND TAKE THE PROOF WITH YOU. LET AN OFFICER HELP YOU.
Yes they can take away the greencard.
yes they can take away her green card if they find out the marriage was a fake. USCIS is in charge of this. More than likely she will be sent back to her country as well.
As you already know, before 2nd year anniversary, both of you have to file "joint petition". If you don't, she pretty much as one option: to self-petition. Only way (pretty much) to self-petition is to show abuse by you. If you abuse her, she can get green card.

So, if she won't file for divorce, you should separate from her and start the process of separating the assets and just walk away.

You should definitely inform immigration of your intention. They won't do anything on their own, however, if she makes a claim based on abuse, may be they will put two and two together. Sometimes, based on facts, they can start proceedings based on fraud you have mentioned but I could not count on it.
She's trying to use you..don't let her..contact the USCIS and report what she has done.
File for divorce immediately. It may not be necessary for her to sign the papers. You have grounds that she married you fraudently. You will keep the house.
Call an attorney!!
What a mess. You need an attorney. The house is half hers...it doesn't matter if her name is on the mortgage papers or not.

There is a lesson to be learned here...people, pay attention!
