Absolutely! The idea of throwing open the borders to just anyone who wants to walk in is insane! I believe we have had quotas for the majority of this country's existence with the idea that too many people admitted at any one time would destabilize the economy. While I'm not sure how the numbers are established for any given point of origin, I do know that there are limitations of how many are accepted from any given country.
Yes...close the borders until we can figure out who is here and why they are here.and close the mex border we are full up here..
immigration should be suspended for the time being until we can absorb what we already have. When it begins again we should only admit people who have a valuable and Worthy skill that can not be found in ready available Americans.
