Is the Constitution being misinterpreted to the advantage of illegals?
Here is the link to the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution, read it and give your own interpretation. What do you think of Illegals using this to gain citizenship for their offspring?

I believe this amendment was drafted for a noble and humane reason. But that was almost 140 years ago and they could not foresee the devastation that would befall our Nation.
However it does state: "Children born to aliens who are lawfully inside the United States (resident or visitor), with the intention of amicably interacting with its people and obeying its laws."
Would this alone not disqualify any child born of illegal aliens? They Are Here Illegally! My question is only why can't our "leaders" (I use that loosely) read and understand? Most 3 rd graders could.
Not only are they "Using" it they are "abusing" it. The birth rate is "out of control" ... the welfare checks are larger the more defendants you have ya know?

IF there is any doubt about the way I feel....NO the babies born here of illegal parents should not be granted automatic citizenship.
