Why do people think that opposing Illegal Immigration is only about Mexicans?
This is about the law, and the law is there to prevent a storming of the land by any and all foreigners that could turn our country into a land of chaos and confusion. Worst, the political strength would eroded and collapse into the hands of the most hostile and agressive foreign groups that want America's lands, but seek to overthrow the American People.
Right now, the media claims that there are around 12-million illegals from Mexico. That doesn't include all of their families. Also, once they are given the "rights", then every country, culture and ethnicity in the world can crash our borders and get rights according to the law. How many people is that?
This isn't about "racism". It's about "how many people can we let in before they change and take over America? ".
Answer:
Illegals will try and put a spin on anything to make themselves look like the "victims" and for Americans to look like "racist."
"We are hard workers" and "We just want a better life for our families" are just some of the ways they try to gain sympathy. They don't realize or comprehend that other immigrants came to the US for the exact same reasons!!

I'm aware that there are individuals of all nationalities who come to this country illegally.. However, if the Hispanic community stopped coming into our country by the thousands each day, they wouldn't have 80% of the blame placed on them.
mexicans are not the only illegal aliens that come America, canadians do also. but can we blame them. we have the best damn country in the world

Mexicans are the majority of these illegals immigrant so the new media just show Mexicans waving their flag..but you are right..there is a lot of other countries..like the Philippines and other countries who have their people here...Mexicans are the majority...due to convenience
Have you looked at the breakdown of the illegal immigrants? The rough numbers show that about 76 out of every 100 illegal immigrants are Mexican. Also Mexican illegal immigrants are the only ones that claim they are reclaiming part of their country. Should we treat them like criminals or terrorists invaders.\?
I couldn't agree with you more! I have family that has tried for years to get into this country, following the laws, and they're still waiting! They're not from Mexico, so it's not easy for them to get here. I also have friends from other countries trying to get in legally, but they can't...and none of them will do it illegally so they have no chance of getting this "amnesty" that may be coming.

I agree. Be careful, though, who you call Mexican. There are Guatamalans, Peruvians, Argentinians, Columbians and other Latinos here in extremely large numbers. They all slowly sneak their brother, sister, parents, grandparents, etc. here just like the Mexicans. They do seem to all look exactly alike even to each other.
You can't blame the media for that one. Just read the questions here. 99% of the questions by anti illegals, if they reference a nationality, reference mexican. The 12 (or 20) million figure does include family members if they also came her illegally. What it doesn't include is children of illegal aliens born here because they're US citizens.
