Answer:
Its when Liberals allow illegal immigration to happen under the guise of economic opportunity in hopes of not "offending" the legal immigrants or people of the same demographic. They hope that by doing this they will win favor with said demographic and win votes. Its a destructive way of doing thing as are most Liberal ideas.
So what is a neoliberal? Anybody that doesn't agree with a neocon?
Most of the liberals I see here are actually mainstream dead center. Perhaps that is the neoliberal, huh?
