Many Republicans are stupid just like GW Bush and Cheney, They do not understand that Congress has equal powers. No Bush will not force the Democrats in majority to bring back the bill.. Current voting tells the sentiment of US people.I hope he introduces the bill in more acceptable form. We do need reform but not what he is suggesting.
