I don't get it at all. What was their rush? They never even discussed half of the amendments that were up for consideration. Its like they don't want to fix immigration...
But its done for now. I guess we'll see what happens in 2009 or 2010 regarding immigration reform.
Yes, I saw it. I thought it would get more than 46 votes. I knew it was in trouble when one of my Senators announced last night that he was switching to "no."
