Marrying someone with a green card.?

If she is here illegally and marries a guy with a green card, can she still be deported if someone reports her?

It takes a Spouse visa, married to an American or a green card. Until the INS says they have accepted the application the person is usually limited to 90-day visits with 30-days interim.
