Is that all you married her for was to get a citizenship, if so, you made a mistake, it is not that easy even if you did marry a American woman. Call immigration, they will be very happy to help you.

I noticed you didn't say, "I married a great woman, a caring woman" or any of that. Instead you just say an American woman (that's capitalized btw). Maybe you were too busy being into her that you forgot to check into citizenship requirements. Yea, that must be it.
I know one thing I am going to marry with a turkish guy and it is very hard and a lot of paper work . Almost to point of hiring an imgration Lawyer. But I will let you know they will ask you all kinds of questions about your soon to be wife , questions that my own parents that have been married 35 years cant even answer.
