My son lives with his father doesn't speak english (well)? What happens if his dad is deported?
Answer:
He should probably get papers... it's not about "using" you its about keeping yer family together and giving your son a better life... if he really loves you and his son you should tell him to take a humility pill and do what needs to be done for the family regardless of the hit his pride takes...
I really don't know a answer to your situation... I would speak with a lawyer.
However, I am willing to bet that you're just going to get bashed by everyone else on here.
Good luck to you.
Your story is confusing. He didn't want to use you but you and your family are sending money to his kids and his mom?
I think you should all move to Mexico and get your family to keep sending you money.
you are an american citizen and you had the child so that would make the child american too. they can deport the father but not the child if there is a biological parent that is willing to keep the child here. your husband needs to go get papers if you are still married so you dont have to face that. i think it is great that your indian relatives are willing to try to bring the other kids here and make the family whole. just talk to a lawyer and see what they say and what they tell you is the best way to go about it
Sorry but you have a mess on your hands. If he gets deported, he's gone! Sorry but he should be deported because he's breaking our laws.
If you don't want your son to be in Mexico, get custody of your son (I assume that he was born here and is a citizen).
No one can deport you...its GODS own country...viva la migra
Just so long as you are still alive, the child would be sent to you, or the next family member available since he is a citizen.
There are so many senarios that can be played here, but from what your saying, about him not wanting to use you, that seems far fetched, most of all illegals (if not all of them) here would jump at any chance to get papers, so he is either an honorable man (and its very possible, on a very small scale), or he has something in his past that would conflict in getting papers, like being married still, or a convicted felon. But either way good luck for the child.
