Despite a rap sheet going back six years, Ezeiquiel Lopez was never deported. Only after he was charged with killing Fabiano did anyone try to have him kicked out of this country.
Lopez, 44, is accused of murdering the 17-year sheriff's department veteran while high on cocaine. Lopez's history with the law dates back to 2001, when he was arrested in Utah for lewd and lascivious conduct.
In 2003, he was arrested in Texas on a gun charge.
In 2003, Lopez was picked up in Missouri for driving drunk.

Because it is hard to track illegal immigrants and some cities and states do not cooperate with other cities and states over illegal immigrants, we had this happen in my city an illegal immigrant who already had 2 prior DUI's finally killed two teenage girls in yet another DUI.
Illegal immigrants are a serious flight risk if they are released to await a hearing or court date. They simply disappear to the next city as was the case in my state.
Lack of immigration law enforcement, It's A shame.
Becuase Politcal Correctness has made this country a shame its now not right to deport people. Immigration from Mexico needs to be stopped for at least 10 years. And when an illegal is caught and deported Mexico should pay the bill.

Unless they've committed a felony, INS was never interested in taking them into custody. They basically told law enforcement to release them. Nice that Immigration was breaking its own laws, huh?

Ther's no excuse for that kind of blatant disregard. Why don't they deport? They are already illegal and adding more crimes to it should have been automatic deportment. ( BTW if you're not trying to move into a country illegally there would be no reason to call someone an illegal alien! Otherwise you're a tourist!) It makes me so angry that they get away with so much! At least the states and towns are cracking down on illegals!
Because of the Lack of Law Enforcement and Lack of concern from our elected politicians. Your elected representative should be sitting in prison along with the illegal.
