I'm going to apply for an H4 visa here in Manila--my husband has an H1B visa and although it has expired on june 1st this year, he has sent me a copy of his approval for extension of stay which allows him to work from 2007-2010. We just found out that I also have to present during the interview a new copy of form I-129 which indicates changes in his salary and employment dates. I still have the documents he presented when he applied for his H1B visa last year (these are part of the requirements). I would just like to know: should the other documents (form I-907, Labor Condition Application, etc.) be "updated" or recent as well like this form I-129 or are the documents I have right now enough?
Answer:
Always use the latest documents.
you need a copy of his latest h1 with extension dates
3 copies of his pay stubs
copy of his passport
a couple of his previous tax returns
ur wedding photos atleast 10-12 of them and ur wedding card
a letter from his employer referring ur name and his name
the demand draft for the fee and the application form
