How can I find if I am a winner in American lottery DV-2008?
Answer:
There is no way of finding out whether you are the winner or not for the DV-2008 lottery other than wait between May - July (07) for notification in the mail.
the result will be sent to the winner only, anybody who do not get any mail notification means he/she is not a winner. however, you may still apply for the DV-2009 which starts Oct this year again.

As Shandy said, you will be notified by mail directly from the US government if you won. If you did not win, please try again in October: your chances are about 5%, so don't give up.
