If he killed my dad, and was sent back to his country without punishment, I would be very upset. Punishment is about justice, as well as deterring other people from committing crimes.
Deport all illegal immigrants.
Kill or cut off at the knees! Then ship back to country of origin.

He should go to jail. If deported the odds are he will just come back and continue to break the law.

I hear these stories about repeat illegal offenders constantly,makes me sick! They seem to get away with breaking the law time after time until someone gets killed.If a citizen breaks the law they are immediatley punished and fined,why are illegals treated so special? I would rather have this criminal in prison for life in the US than have him running free in the future. I heard that Mexico doesn't have life sentences.
If they commit a crime they should do their time THEN be deported. They come back the next week, often. They shouldn't be able to get out of the penalty that easily.
Everytime an illegal does something like that, they should send them to Iraq and send one of our good American boys or girls home.
