Is CPT - Curricular Practical Training - available for undergraduate student as well as for graduate students?

I'm an international student from Germay, 2nd year of my BBA in Hotel Management. In order to complete my degree, I must complete 5 internships off campus in a Hotel (Restaurant, Kitchen,Housekkeping,Front office). What I would like to do is, getting paid for it; therefore, I need a Social Security Card. Is CPT the right way for an undergraduate international student, or is there another procedure? Thanks

Answer:
Yes. CPT is the right choice for you. Since the Job that you do will be related to your field of study, your College should have no issues in giving you the CPT status. Some schools have certain restrictions (for example: must be studying at the school for at least two semesters), check with your school to find out the restrictions that are enforced.
yes
