Tourist visa?

i am a green holder my boyfried has a tourist visa and we want to get married soon. we met when he came here first time, beofre the date on his I-94 expired he went home and came back after 5 months. when he came this time we were not thinking of getting married but now we decided to stay together and get married. when we get married i will apply for his I-130. so, i was wondering what are our chances that his I-130 will be approved. thanks for any info.

Answer:
Almost 100% approval rate.

Since you're a Green Card holder it will be about 5 years before his visa is issued. If he's from Mexico it will be about 7 years.

So, he'll have to wait outside the country until it's approved.

If you were a US citizen it would be issued in about 6 months.
If you get your citizenship. It will be easy ,otherwise it will take about 5 years for him to get his green card.
