It is so typical that they would not think to purify the country of the bad spirits responsible for the widespread murder, drug trafficking, political corruption, sex-slave trafficking, gang violence, impunity for human rights violators, poverty and dispossesion of Mayan lands by the Guatemalan government. Of course, the people that come here to save their lives are told that they are being persecuted if they are sent back. But the hellhole their country has become? Well, that's just life and nothing can be done about that except blame it on the US.

Sure Bush coddles hispanic illegals, but that's mostly Mexicans. There are only two terms the government uses for illegals--Mexicans and OTMs (other than Mexicans). The OTMs are the ones being put in the detention facilities near the border. The Mexicans are released (not sure on which side). I've heard lately that Bush wants to help Mexico protect it's southern border. Not protect OURS, but THEIRS. I guess through any means. This is more preparation for the North American Union. While hispanic OTMs are arriving here and using the system and taking jobs like the Mexicans, they don't have the unspoken government invitation that the Mexicans do. They are detained and deported when caught.
It pains me to know how misinformed you all are. You are all so very very ignorant. Bush as a politician appears to coddle with both sides of the immigration debate but he does nothing! And it is American interference in Latin America along with their Latin American cronies who are to blame for people migrating here and creating the illusion you all have that they take away your resources. Why don't you all demand better health care rather then scapegoat immigrants for your governments' weaknesses?
