this is simple.. a huge majority of them don't! A few do which come here and keep the same job, but most go from place to place each day and work for cash.. But then they still use our hosptials, have their kids in our schools, go to our prisons, use our social programs.. and then complain they are not treated good enough.. and then call us racists!! i don't understand why more people do not see this!
They don't! They just take money under the table while they suck our social programs and schools dry.

They dont! You cant pay taxes without your social security number. That would require you be a citizen. For an illegal alien to apply for taxes would be asking to be caught and deported.

About half of them pay taxes according to studies. Mostly those who came on visas and overstayed (so have SS#s), but also some others.

They can buy a fake Social security card or borrow a real one from a friend or relative to obtain employment. Most employers don’t question the cards because they don’t work for immigration.
However, at the end of the year the numbers come back as invalid and the illegals have to find another job or another plan .
The most corrupt illegals like my brother in law will claim more dependants than they actually have and avoid paying taxes. Others will file taxes with a special I.R.S. number designed for temporary workers.

One New York Times article, the writer tells how the roughly 7 million illegal immigrants who faithfully work for minimum wage or below have subsidized this country's Social Security and Medicare programs to the tune of $7 billion a year.
And they will never ever benefit from it.
The article says that the money taken out of immigrants' paychecks through payroll taxes and funneled into the system adds up to equal the difference between what the system currently receives in payroll taxes and what it distributes in pension benefits.
And get this: though no one knows for sure how many illegal immigrants pay taxes, tax specialists say most of them do.
The reason is simple. Since employers would be penalized for hiring illegal workers, immigrants must buy fake ID's. The whole fake ID package consists of a phony green card and Social Security card.
This way, illegal immigrants must be paid like the rest of us, which means they get taxes taken out of their paychecks. However they can not file for Social Security because it is a fake ID. If they file for Social Security it means being deported.
They dont pay taxes .
If they have fake ID they may get an "over-the-table job and pay taxes. IF they dont' have a fake ID then they most likely don't pay taxes.
To calim that illegals are what makes our Social Security system work is about 3 mile past Reality. For one thing, a huge nuber pay no taxes and for another, if the illegals weren't here, "legal" Americnas would have those jobs, at better pay and pay higher taxes thus paying more to Social Security.
The fact is: The qulaity of life for millions of Mexicans is not very good and they think they can come here and work hard and make a lot of money. Bush likes this because the corporations that feed him and his administration get cheap labor and it helps to drive ALL WAGES DOWN.
Sales Taxes and they can still pay income tax by using an ITN number and alot of illegals have steady jobs which means that Social Security is taken out of their checks.
The simple answer is that do not pay taxes at all.
