Because the Canadia legal system does not play around with law breakers. In Canada if you have chosen to live outside the law, you are not entitled to protection by the law. Therefore, you do NOT have the right to remain silent, you have the right to tell the truth fully and the first time you are asked. You have the right to sit in jail until they decide to let you out. Youhave the right to leave if you don't like it. Crime is much lower in Canada in general. They do NOT play.
Canada is harder to reach
the former Liberal government in Canada implemented strict immigration policies that are in place now.
