There isn't and there won't be any amnesty in UK. The Government just want to remove the illegals.
By giving an "amnesty" the illegals are going to apply for it by giving their original names, date of birth and address. What's easier than that to trace and deport an illegal then?

Government knows that trying to find these people is an impossible task.Better to give an amnesty,a big fine and an NI number and then concentrate efforts on stopping more coming in to the UK
No way. It would be far too unpopular with the public.
There probably won't be any amnesty any time soon, these people are too greedy to allow others to share their "common wealth". Poor immigrants come to the UK to collect their S**t and work 24/7 for peanuts in the most deplorable situations and they're not happy and want to chase them out of the country !
Let them have their country and enjoy wealth for a while, for they won't take it to the grave with them once their time has run out !
