How can I get new copys of my legal documents?

I am enlisting into the US Navy as soon as I can get these docs.
I need the Original documents, but cant find them. I am a legal resident with a green card who was adopted from South Korea when I was 2, I am 25 now.

I need:

1. Origional Adoption Papers, I have a photo copy, but no good.

2. Origional Green Card,

3. Birth Certificate from S. Korea

If anybody know about how much to replace these, also the address, phone number of the offices to get them would be great. I know I need the Office of Imigragion and Naturlation in Albany, NY, but dont have the number/address/contact. So I need that one to. Thank you!

Answer:
the Office of Immigration and Naturalization will be online, so look it up. They will give you info on your green card. The courthouse in the county wear you were adopted will have adoption papers and a copy of the birth certificate. contact them for certified copies. and have you tried asking your adoptive parents?
