I BRAVELY THINK SO. HOW CAN THEY MANAGE TO GET ALL THOSE WHO HAVE SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED IN THIS COUNTRY? NOT TALKING OF THE UNKNOWN NUMBERS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE JUST VANISHED INTO THIN AIR. I THINK THEY ARE TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF WHO IS WHO AND WHO IS WHERE AND WHAT BETTER WAY TO DO SO THAN TO OFFER THE UNKNOWN AN INCENTIVE AND CREATE A CLEAN SLATE.
Of course its in their minds because they know trying to trace these people is an impossible task.As I said in a previous answer give an amnesty,a big fine and an NI number then concentrate on stopping any more coming into the UK.
I hope not but knowing this incompetent bunch of Scottish imbiciles we have at the helm of our once great country they are. So much easier for the home office than actually having to do some work for a change!

whoever does this will lose the election. Public opinion is being shaped by left wing media : Daily Mail, Daily Ex[ress and thinktanks.
The problem is the majority of English have the wrong image of illegal immigrants. If most of those illegal are criminal, they would have been arrested -long time ago
