Immigration question-attorneys please answer--?

My husband and I filed petitions to sponsor my mother in law, father in law and their 12 year old daughter. My father and mother in law both got approved and have received their visas. The letter from INS indicates that my husband's sister falls into a fourth category for family members who you can sponsor. This means that another 4 years have to pass before she can get her visa. Is there any way around this? They would hate to come here and leave their young child behind. Thanks for the help.

Answer:
No, and the new Senate bill would eliminate that category of family preference altogether. However, once your father in law etc get their green cards THEY can petition their minor child. It might not be faster, though.
Stay there! I can't believe they are even thinkin about leaving her behind. And we want them in this country WHY??
