What type of immigrant do you like and from what country?
Answer:
I actually like people based on who they are. I could care less if they are immigrants.
I don't go around asking people if they are legal or not...do you? How do you then know if they are legal?
Do you follow all laws to a T? Never speed do you? Always wear your seatbelt? Never jaywalk? Do you prescreen friends by asking if they are ever commited a crime?
The point I'm making is that it is a silly question because for the most part you will never actuall know if someone is here legally or not unless you ask for their green card.
I like the legal type and they can be from any country.
I like them all...if they are here legally and peacefully.
Legal. I don't care where they're from; if they're legal, they are welcome.
Just legals who learn English, I don't care where from.

LEGAL ones that follow the path and law ... that learn ENGLISH... if they do that any country they come from is fine with me
Immigrants that have come here legally from any country in the world. Illegals from any country in the world are not wanted in our country.

I prefer legal immigrants who speak (or are willing to learn) English and don't come from countries clearly hostile to the US.

I prefer my illegal immigrants to be from the planet Saturn but I will never be rude to those from Jupiter or Neptune. I`m just courteous like that.

If they are legally here, I don't have a problem with any of them if they are nice people. People from any country can be jerks, or nice.
Some tend to be more insular when they get here, and those are harder to know and don't seem as approachable, obviously.
To a post above, I have no idea who is legal or not. I assume the nice ones are and the illegal ones are all in gangs, but I know for a fact that isn't true. That is why I am a bit more flexible on legalization of those already here (not twice illegal or gang members) than some anti's. I'm anti illegal IMMIGRATION not dead set against a legalization, done properly. Done properly is the key though, and this bill is terrible.
