Yes, Just like it has changed the states for the worst also... but pro-illegals just refuse to see it.

ah a controversial question but I do think it has in some ways but then there are probably many countries that british people have emigrated to which have been changed for the worse too.
Not sure what you mean by the term 'mass', it sounds very Daily Mail, but in response to your question, no,not at all, quite the contrary.
I love the diverse culture of the UK, shown in our food, our art, our literature, our music.
Immigration has been going on for thousands of years, our economy relies upon it, our pensions are funded by it, our NHS is run on it.
yes, and there still cumming.
Immigration from radical countries like Pakistan should be stopped period. There are just to many extremists running around in that country for comfort, and they love soft targets like Britain.
It would be easy to say yes but I'm doing to disagree.
I think that mass immigration is really hard to cope with because change is really hard but there have been some huge benefits, most notably to the economy. Basically they have kept inflation down while the economy grew.
People complain that they take jobs away from British people and they do, but the overwhelming majority of British people who are displaced by an immigrant will find a better job so in the end they benefit.
Lastly there is a perception that immigrants boost crime. Sometimes this is true, other times its not. Muslims (many of whom are 1st and 2nd generation immigrants) are proved to be the most law abiding citizens in the country.
Hope that sparks some debate.
Dunno...but I suspect right now, the people of Portugal are not too happy learning that their country has to deal with British paedophiles turning up and strutting their stuff in such a beautiful and calm European Latino country.
And what about the Costa Del Sol in Spain - good and bad...the money coming in from the UK may get the Spanish nodding their heads in appreciation, but the poor sods pay for it in more ways than one.
Could be the 'mass' immigration (as you term it) is due to the apparent laziness of some of the working Britons who were not too intelligent to gather what would happen if they turn their noses up at jobs. The result has turned the same people into immediate 'social judges' who think asking questions - or answering them with the same squeal - not unlike yours makes them people who have their tobacco-stained 'fingers on the pulse'.
yes it has. im about to leave my job because im the only english person left apart from my boss. i phone her to check what time she will be at work. i dont want to be there without her. no one speaks english. the work is badly and slowly done. im an out cast.and im very unhappy with the situation. . it would help if they tried to be civil . if they tried to speak english but no. they dont
yes.
the ball that will never stop rolling now.
new countries will be joining this wonderful EU soon & another wave of migrants will swamp our over-crowded little island.
but big business is saying it's doing fine so i doubt the government will do much about it.
they say we are destined to have a generation of unemployable natives & a wave of desperate people all vying for the same rights, benefits & services.
it will either collapse or pan out.
& right now, i'm really not sure what's going to happen.
fingers X's i suppose & hope for the best knowing this mad-cap government!
don't bother to read all the links, they're so depressing.
one will do.
yes not over race but becuse we don't have all we need in housing/job's/nhs care/warter/and many other things,we need less people in the uk.
without a doubt, the open door policy is a disaster on a national scale, I hear the lefties harp on about it not making a bit of difference to the work situation and they pay tax.
Well thats not all it seems to be first they get low paying jobs then they get tax credits if able to do so, then they send lots of money back home so huge lumps of cash leave these shores for ever, never to buy in any of our shops generating more employment.
Then there is the housing letting so many in has put terrible strain on our already stretched housing stock so the landlords put the rents up even more, and the house builders are only able to build what the government tell them they can causing a massive price rise there.
And before anyone asks immigrants are not just African, but Polish, and all the others.
The Labour government has done all this to get votes and to ensure an easier way of selling us up the European river.
Well F**K That, I would rather go down fighting in a revoloution than give up my alliances to the countries that matter to the UK such as USA, Canada,Australia, New Zealand,Jamacia
yes definitely.people come here from all over, some for the work/money that they can earn, some 'fleeing' certain death.but when they settle here, they don't integrate.they create mini-homelands,where everyone speaks their language, can buy/cook their food, etc. even billboards written in Urdu.i travel to some parts of England now days, and i feel like a foreigner in my own beloved England.the open door policy has let in lots of free-loaders and scumbags, and the now daily reportings of the violent/sexual crimes has come as no surprise to me.foreign criminals should be deported as soon as convicted, and those 'failed' asylum seekers should go as well, not lodge appeal after appeal, costing us 5k a pop.we need to close all borders NOW,and then take on Australia's' points scheme for the future.over a BILLION £ spent on immigration each year, yet our cancer patients are dying as they are denied drugs which are freely available in other countries.f*ckin scandalous!!
simple question but a good one.
If your rich (own a factory or 2) Then its a big benefit.
If your poor. then its a fairly big negative.
p.s ive got loads of eastern euro pals, -(i say the same to them).
Mass immigration keeps the UK floating.
Who would work in your industry, NHS, other services, agricultural sector etc. if there were no foreigners?
Also, how would you manage to pay the benefits to all these lazy moaners, complaining of 'bloody' immigrants, stealing 'their' jobs (which they have never been willing to take anyway), if there were no thousands of hard working and paying their taxes people from other countries, e.g. Eastern Europe?
Think about it... Gone is the glory of empire, you can not exploit your colonies anymore. You have to work - or you need someone to work for you.
Hope that will stir the hornet's nest:)
yes
Changed a great deal?, yes, but certainly not for worse. however a great many will not agree with this. Historically thinking , if UK citizens/ government had not gone out to conquer the world as a great imperial power and brought home the spoils of wars, decades ago, there would have been less damage to the world as a whole and no immigration.
