Anchor Babies, Should The 14th Amendment be amended Australia?

Congress needs to Clarify the 14th Amendment and eliminate any ambiguity to its meaning thus eliminating the Anchor Baby Loophole.

Yes, yes, yes! If you are born of illegals, you are an illegal also. And they should be returned to the country of origin just like their illegal parents. I think Australia is one strong country and they listen to their people and take action accordingly! Children should never be separated from their parents, they are their parents responsibility and should not be left to the government or other agencies to support.

Since November 2006, all children born by an illegal immigrant or on US soil by immigrants of visa, greencards, or work permits, will not be considered legal residents of the US unless the other parent is a legal resident or natural born citizen and petitions for that child under their status. All children born prior to November of 2006 will still hold American natural born status. This was added last year to the Ammendment but has not been publicly published as I know of yet. I keep checking for the written statute but have not seen it. They passed it to a majority vote last year and I watched it on CNN when they did it.
