What would it take..?
I have no clue as to the precidures about moving,so any help would be grateful.
Answer:
You can't get a visa to move to the USA unless you qualify in one of the various categories.
There are family based visas to allow you to reunite with relatives already there. This includes a visa that allows you to marry an American citizen as long as the two of you have already met and you can both prove a genuine ongoing relationship.
Work visas are possible but you need to find a US employer who is willing to sponsor you for the visa, the job must me one that no US citizen or green card holder is qualified for or willing to take. To do this you will need at least a Bachelors degree.
If you can invest enough money to start a business employing at least 10 US citizens or green card holders, you need about half a million to do this, then you can also get a visa.
First...become a Mexican..
Alot of red tape, papers to be filled out and pray you can make it here with out any problems.
Just get in touch... online with the American Embassy in London.
They will give you everything you need.
Good luck girl and just go live your dream!
you have too prove you have money
too live on and accommodation
I would advise going there first on a long holiday before deciding whether you want to live there.
If you decide to do so you will need to apply for a visa which will allow you as a foreigner to stay in the country for a much longer period of time. It will be easier to be granted a visa if you are going there to work or study and can prove that.
The best way is to contact an employer and get it to ask for you, as a skilled person from a profession (vocation, technology, etc.) not too easy to find in the USA.
Another way would be getting married to a USA citizen.
Contact the US Embassy but it is a long and arduous process, etc if you wish to work there which I pressume do you. You have to be crime free, have a good credit history, good work history and be of good character. You will need a Green card, which allows you to work and this has a backlog of anywhere up to 10 years unless you either a) have family that can sponsor you or b) can be sponsored by your place of work - and of course you have to be in the right sort of job to get that sponsorshipn in the first place. Either way it takes a long time.
Don't even think about doing it illegally though because if you do and they find you - and they do actively seek out people who have outstayed their visas - you will be deported immediately and banned from entering for life.
To sum your question up - YOU WANT TO EMIGRATE TO A COUNTRY THAT YOU HAVE NEVER VISITED BEFORE? And you base this on conversations that you have had online?
