Good luck, it is very difficult.. you need an employer to sponsor you, so that you can get a work visa..
I'm from Spain and trying the same.. very difficult! There are a lot a vacancies I could apply to, but all companies require that you already have a work visa and the US government doesn't grant the permit unless you already have a job offer..
The best way to do it, legally of course, is to find a job in an American company with offices in your country and then, ask for a transfer. Or, the opposite, find a local company with offices in the US and do the same.
