Green card marriage process...?
Serious answers only please, preferably from those who have done this or know someone close who has.
Answer:
You can petition for you boyfriend and apply for a fiancé visa. Once it gets approve, you have 90 days to get married. Once you get married you have to summit the form I-485, and he will become a temporary resident for two years. 90 days before the second year anniversary both of you need to summit the form I-751 to remove his temporary residency and will become a permanent resident alien. Three years later he can apply for U.S. Citizenship by summiting the form N-400.
To petition for a fiancé visa you need to summit the form I-129F. The fee for this form is $170.00. All of these forms have a fee, and they will go up next month. You can get the form I-129F in this link to start the process:

Good luck to both of you
You can no longer automatically get a green card by marrying a US citizen.

Seriously, why don't you ask US Immigration? It's probably all up on their website. If it isn't, give them a call on Monday. Then you won't have to rely on the hearsay and guesses you'll get here.
