I married a us sitizen and my sister married a us sitizen at the same time, will this be a problem wit the immi
Answer:
That wont be a problem at all.
For immigration are totally different cases and their decision its not made on a family member actions.
What matter to them its you and whats going on with you, your sister its a whole new case for them.
It's best not to lie at all if you're applying for citizenship. I assume that's what you're doing anyway. If they don't ask you any questions about your family, I can't see why you would need to mention them.
Sure people are going to think what you fear. But I agree with Ellie.
Stay by the truth and you will be fine!
Your sister's case is not a problem for you, but you just answer with the truth to anything they ask.
There should not be a problem because they are two separate cases. What you need to know is to tell your sister to summit her paperwork to adjust status. She is already in violation of her tourist visa, if she is detain by the feds, and she is not in the process to adjust status, then she can get removed. If she is removed it will make her case more difficult to get approved. Also if you are asked about her you must tell the truth. If you do not it will be considered as fraud and the feds do not like fraud.
As long as you got married for love there shouldnt be a problem. I like everyone else says, tell them the truth.
